| The Indian Navy plays a crucial role in defending our shores end helps in maintaining the sovereignity of our country. The National Cadet Corps (NCC) has been established to encourage the youth of Indian to join the defence forces. Our institution also has the Naval Wing of the NCC and it is heart warming to see the enthusiasm of the young boys eager to join the Naval Wing. To familiarize themselves with the various activities of the Indian Navy, the young cadets of our institution went to Mirzapur to attend a ten-day camp where they were taught about the lethal power of the Indian Navy. At the camp, the cadets were also imparted weapons training by the highly trained naval staff and were also taught about sailing and pulling much to their excitement. The cadets participated in various cultural activities and realised the value of national integration. The camp was a great experience for the cadets. |
