It was aptly stated by Dr. Yogeshwar Tiwari, one of our judges at our Elocution Contest that ours is one of the few schools that have maintained the tradition of having an Elocution Contest each year. This he said, had many benefits-a child develops self confidence enables him to take the initiative which, in turn, will develop qualities of leadership.

He congratulated all the participants and said that each one's effort was praise worthy and in many cases there was just a half-mark difference between the totals of many boys. So while children are at school, he advised, they should exploit every such oppurtunity that comes their way. English Elocution was judged by Dr. Yogeswar Tiwari (Allahabad University), Mr. A. Rodrigues, Mrs. Wankadia and Mr. A. Wankadia.Hindi Elocution was judged by Mr. D S Awasthi, Mr. S Chintamani, Mrs P Sinha
